By registering with Dagitally or by utilizing the services available through Dagitally, Client consents to the collection and use of Client’s personal information in accordance with the privacy policy set forth below. Dagitally encourages Client’s to read this privacy policy carefully and use Dagitally only if Client agrees to this privacy policy.
Client’s personal data is collected and processed by the company DM Marketplaces OÜ, Company Number 10520700, Estonia which is the provider of Dagitally service
- Dagitally collects and processes personal data of:
1.1 Clients who register with Dagitally as defined in the Terms of Service of Dagitally.

2.1 Contact information, such as Client’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
2.2 Biographic or demographic information, such as Client’s date of birth, gender, occupation, employment status and any other information Client choose to provide about Client.

2.5 Details of the transactions Client carries out when using Dagitally’s Services, including geographic location from which the transaction originates.

- Dagitally may use Client’s information as follows:
3.1 Provide Dagitally Services and customer support.
3.2 Process transactions and send notices about Client’s transactions.
3.3 Manage Client’s account(s) and send technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.
3.4 Resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems.
3.5 Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities and enforce Dagitally’s terms of service and IPR policy.

3.7 To verify the authenticity of the clients.
3.8 Personalize, measure and improve Dagitally Services.
3.9 To enhance user experience
3.10 Deliver marketing and promotional offers on behalf of Dagitally and others via email.
3.11 Link or combine Client’s personal information with information Dagitally obtains from others to help understand Client’s needs and provide Client with better service.
3.12 To analyse the market, trends and transaction behavior of Dagcoin which is the transaction unit for Dagitally.
3.13 To co-operate with law enforcement agencies.
3.14 Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected, to the extent such purpose is necessarily contemplated by the collection of such information or as otherwise notified in the Dagitally Services at the time of collection.
- The method of collecting personal data:
4.1 Dagitally collects data about the names, age, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and addresses of Dagitally Clients during the process of registering for the services of Dagitally.
4.2 Dagitally collects data about products being bought and sold during the usage of Dagitally services by the client.
4.3 Dagitally is also working closely with third parties and may receive information about Client from them for example business partners; sub-contractors in technical; advertising networks; analytics providers and search information providers.

Dagitally may share Client’s information with selected third parties including:
5.1 Affiliates, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract Dagitally enters into with them or Client.
5.2 Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of Dagitally’s site.
5.3 If Dagitally is under a duty to disclose or share Client’s personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply Dagitally’s Customer Agreement and other applicable agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dagitally, Dagitally’s customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
5.4 Dagcoin.org to analyse the transaction volume and transaction risk and transaction efficiency of Dagcoin.

7.2 Subject to applicable laws, Client may have the right to access information Dagitally has about the client. Client’s right of access can be exercised in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation. Any access request may be subject to a fee of to meet Dagitally’s costs in providing Client with details of the information Dagitally holds about Client.
- Term of retention of personal data:
8.1 Dagitally will store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to Client and others, including those described above. Information associated with Client’s account will be kept until Client’s account is deleted, unless Dagitally no longer needs the data to provide products and services. Post deletion of account, Dagitally shall retain only that data and for such period of time as may be required by law.
